**Job Title: Assistant Patient Care Manager**
The Assistant Patient Care Manager plays a crucial role in aiding the Patient Care Manager with the management of clinical operations, supervising staff, and coordinating administrative tasks related to the Operating Room. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional and cost-efficient patient care, guiding team members, and ensuring adherence to hospital regulations and safety protocols. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in the field. Essential certifications include a California Registered Nurse license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
