Job description
The Assistant Project Officer will oversee and facilitate intricate capital construction initiatives for the NYC School Construction Authority. This role requires ensuring adherence to contracts, handling change orders, and providing guidance to junior team members. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, along with a minimum of three years of full-time experience in the construction field. A valid driver’s license from New York State is mandatory, and familiarity with construction management software is advantageous.
