Key duties involve financial reporting, managing site operations, ensuring adherence to regulations, and supporting marketing and leasing initiatives. Applicants should hold a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities. A solid command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Tax Credit programs are essential, while RAM certification is preferred.
