Job Summary
The Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a vital role in aiding the Restaurant Leader with everyday operations. This position is responsible for overseeing crewmember schedules, evaluating performance, and managing payroll duties. The Assistant Restaurant Leader serves as the acting manager during shifts, ensuring that safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and exceptional customer service are consistently upheld.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Leader in daily operational tasks.
- Manage and schedule crewmember shifts effectively.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
- Handle payroll duties accurately.
- Act as the manager on duty, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in restaurant or retail management.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
