Job description
The Operations Assistant Store Leader works alongside the Store Leader to enhance sales, ensure operational efficiency, and foster guest interaction. Key responsibilities include overseeing store inventory, creating work schedules, implementing loss prevention strategies, and mentoring team members to achieve performance goals. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail management and the physical capability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods. A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable for this role.
