**Job Title: Market Director of Business Development**
The Market Director of Business Development is tasked with directing the admissions processes and business development initiatives for hospitals focused on inpatient rehabilitation and critical illness recovery. This role involves leading, training, and guiding the admissions team, as well as fostering robust relationships with physicians to achieve market financial targets. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of five years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing. A preference will be given to those with at least three years of experience in team leadership roles, along with clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse or Rehabilitation Therapist.
