Job description
The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in aiding the Store Manager with the management of everyday retail functions, sales achievements, and the overall look of the store. This position involves guiding the team to maintain high standards of customer service and taking charge of the store when the manager is not present. Applicants should have pertinent experience in retail and hold certifications like Sales Specialist Training or Assistant Manager Certification. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are strongly preferred for this position.
