Job description
The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in enhancing store performance by providing strong sales leadership, executing operational tasks, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This position also involves nurturing talent, managing team schedules, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in retail leadership and must be at least 18 years old. The position demands physical endurance to handle 50 lbs and to remain on their feet for extended periods, along with the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
