**Job Title: Front Desk Manager**
In this position, you will oversee new member sales while ensuring that both guests and members receive an exceptional experience at the front desk. Your duties will also encompass addressing member inquiries, updating accounts, and upkeeping the cleanliness of the club’s facilities. Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent customer service skills, basic knowledge of computer operations, and a strong commitment to work ethics. The role necessitates the physical capability to stand and walk for a minimum of 75% of the work shift, along with the ability to occasionally lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
