Job description
The Assistant Studio Manager plays a key role in the everyday functioning of the studio, facilitates membership sales, and guarantees a superior experience for members. This position also involves aiding in team development, fostering community connections, and upholding the studio’s standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is highly desirable.
