Job description
The position of Assistant Superintendent entails overseeing field operations, which encompasses construction management, administrative responsibilities, and coordination of subcontractors. The role requires the individual to guarantee timely project completion within budget constraints, alongside the rigorous implementation of safety and quality assurance standards. Ideal candidates will possess between 3 to 10 years of experience in roles such as project superintendent or foreman, with a preference for experience in tilt-up construction projects. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools, hold a valid driver’s license, and exhibit strong leadership skills.
