Job description
**Job Title: Program Director**
The Program Director will spearhead extensive turnkey fiber infrastructure initiatives, guiding the project from the engineering phase to construction and final customer approval. This position acts as the sole point of responsibility for the program’s performance, coordinating various teams, budgets, and timelines. Applicants should possess over 10 years of experience in telecommunications, outside plant (OSP), or utility infrastructure projects, with a demonstrated history of managing deployments across multiple routes. Exceptional leadership, financial oversight, and high-level communication skills are essential to ensure project success and effectively address intricate field challenges.
