Job description
The Assistant Coach contributes to the gymnastics program by aiding in coaching, athlete growth, routine development, and managing competition details. This position is also crucial in attracting potential student-athletes and promoting a nurturing, faith-based team environment. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, along with an understanding of women’s gymnastics training and competition protocols. Applicants should have excellent organizational and communication abilities and should be available to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required.
