**Job Title: Health & Wellness Case Manager**
The Health & Wellness Case Manager is responsible for offering comprehensive support to students facing intricate challenges, overseeing a caseload aimed at promoting both academic achievement and personal well-being. This position entails performing personalized assessments, providing crisis intervention, and working in partnership with on-campus resources to ensure effective student retention and successful reintegration. Applicants should hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, higher education, or a similar discipline, along with at least one year of pertinent experience. A robust understanding of student development principles, crisis intervention strategies, and the ability to protect confidentiality in accordance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations are essential.
