**Job Title: Associate Administrator**
The Associate Administrator will oversee IT operations, focusing on the management of hardware assets, endpoint configuration through Intune, and offering technical support for Windows environments. This role includes maintaining system documentation, managing user accounts, and engaging in IT projects to guarantee stable and secure operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in an IT support capacity, demonstrating strong skills in ServiceNow and Microsoft Intune. Exceptional communication abilities, a self-directed work ethic, and a proactive mindset in troubleshooting and project management are essential.
