**Assistant Housekeeping Manager**
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the housekeeping department, ensuring that exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction are upheld. This role involves managing personnel, overseeing labor expenses, and collaborating with other departments to maintain the standards of a luxury residential resort. Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED and have one to two years of supervisory experience, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
