Job description
**Job Title: Family Law Attorney**
Take charge of significant family law cases from the initial consultation through to the final judgment, encompassing contested divorce proceedings and intricate SAPCR cases. Advocate for clients in court, oversee depositions and mediations, and develop litigation strategies with the help of administrative personnel. A valid Texas bar license with a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, along with at least 2 years of focused litigation experience in Texas family law. Applicants should be skilled in legal software such as Clio and TxDoc, and demonstrate exceptional courtroom advocacy capabilities.
