Job description
The Program Coordinator oversees the everyday functions, client interactions, and technical support for the Contractor Resource Center located in Cincinnati. This role involves organizing workshops, building strategic alliances, and monitoring program performance indicators to aid small businesses in the construction sector. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline along with a minimum of two years of experience in program coordination, economic development, or assisting small businesses. A strong command of CRM tools such as Salesforce, coupled with excellent organizational and communication abilities, is essential for this position.
