Job Summary
The Associate Banker plays a key role in establishing a welcoming atmosphere within the branch. This position focuses on managing lobby activity and delivering attentive, friendly service to clients. The Associate Banker is also involved in account servicing, educating clients on digital banking resources, and executing branch operations to assist clients in reaching their financial objectives.
Responsibilities
- Foster a friendly and inviting environment in the lobby for all clients.
- Manage the flow of clients entering and exiting the branch.
- Provide high-quality service and support to clients, addressing their needs effectively.
- Educate clients on the use of digital banking tools for enhanced banking experiences.
- Handle account servicing duties efficiently.
- Assist with branch operations to facilitate smooth functionality in the daily workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting client relationships.
- Previous experience in client service is required.
- Cash handling experience is preferred but not necessary.
