Job Summary
The Associate Banker is responsible for delivering excellent service to clients, overseeing lobby activities, and facilitating both account management and the establishment of new accounts. This role includes educating customers on available digital banking services and executing key branch operations to provide a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to clients to meet their banking needs.
- Manage the flow of customers in the lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist clients with account servicing requests and support new account openings.
- Educate customers on how to navigate and utilize digital banking solutions.
- Perform critical branch operations to maintain an efficient banking environment.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Preferred experience in customer service or cash handed roles.
- Capability to quickly acquire knowledge of banking products and procedures.
