The Associate Chaplain offers spiritual and emotional aid to patients, their families, and staff members, engaging in crisis intervention and providing ethical guidance. This position involves collaboration with local clergy to support the sick and guarantees that spiritual services are readily available to patients. A Bachelor’s degree in Theology or Ministry is necessary, while a Master’s degree is highly regarded. Applicants must hold an Ecclesiastical Endorsement and have a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare ministry environment.
