Job Summary

The Associate Delivery Lead plays a crucial role in formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing patient recruitment, retention, and engagement in clinical programs. This position requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams and external partners to convert the needs of patients and researchers into effective, scalable solutions. The Associate Delivery Lead actively participates in ongoing improvement efforts by spotting opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and best practices. This position is particularly suited for individuals with a background in pharmaceuticals or clinical development who thrive in a cooperative, strategic, and project-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing strategies for patient involvement in clinical initiatives related to recruitment and retention.
  • Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to set strategic directions and provide effective solutions.
  • Work alongside internal teams and external partners to create and execute program deliverables.
  • Develop knowledge of essential platforms and systems that aid in clinical program execution.
  • Integrate the insights and experiences of patients and researchers when appraising program strategies.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous enhancement among teams.
  • Identify and apply best practices and standardized methods for processes and workflows.
  • Analyze business and program requirements to uncover opportunities for process enhancements or standardization.
  • Offer strategic and technical support for the seamless integration of processes across clinical development functions.
  • Support the deployment of scalable strategies within clinical programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, life sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, clinical research, or clinical development.
  • Preferred understanding of the pharmaceutical or medical device development process.
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and deliver quality work within set deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Effective collaborator, capable of influencing cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
  • Comfortable in a strategic, cooperative, and dynamic work environment.
  • Skilled in understanding complex processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Legally authorized to work in the applicable country without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary.
