Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to lead and conduct trade and distribution analytics that will influence strategy, assess contract performance, and measure ROI across various therapeutic segments. This position necessitates collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to impact strategic decisions and drive primary research in both specialty and retail pharmacy arenas.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytic initiatives to inform strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of contracts.
- Quantify return on investment across therapeutic segments to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and research activities.
- Drive primary research efforts for specialty and retail pharmacy channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline, complemented by 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of pertinent experience in a pharmaceutical context.
- Proven expertise in multivariate statistics and proficiency with analytical tools such as SAS, R, and SQL.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources, including IQVIA and CMS.
