The Associate Director will be responsible for spearheading the creation and management of strategic network initiatives, along with evaluating provider network performance to enhance operational effectiveness. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement network strategies tailored to client requirements and guiding the program staff effectively. Applicants should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in provider relations and at least 3 years of familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. Strong skills in the Microsoft Office suite and excellent presentation abilities are essential, as well as a willingness to travel up to 50%.
