The consultant will collaborate with facility care teams to enhance nutritional health and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing clinical nutrition activities, developing care plans, and ensuring precise documentation in EMR systems. Applicants must be a Registered Dietitian or a Dietetic Technician holding a relevant degree from an accredited institution. Expertise in clinical nutrition, MDS Section K, and PDPM is essential, as well as strong organizational and communication abilities.
