Job Summary
The Associate Director Scheduler Lead for Data Center Construction is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the scheduling process within large-scale data center projects. This position demands an intricate understanding of project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring that construction targets are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for data center construction efforts.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones.
- Analyze project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and risks.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders regarding scheduling issues and updates.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on schedule adherence and project status.
- Lead a team of schedulers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in construction.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex project details.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
