**Job Title: Supply Chain and Production Planning Manager**
In this position, you will oversee the supply chain and production planning processes at OEM locations, which includes overseeing MRP tools and production timelines. Your responsibilities will include pinpointing supply chain bottlenecks, performing gap analyses, and maintaining the Line of Balance to guarantee timely product delivery. Ideal candidates will possess experience in supply chain management, production planning, or operations, with a strong preference for hands-on experience on the shop floor. Additionally, expertise in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, along with a strong ability to foster relationships, is essential.
