Job Summary
The Associate Director Scheduler Lead for Data Center Construction will be responsible for overseeing project scheduling tactics and ensuring the timely completion of construction projects. This role demands a strategic approach to resource management, timeline creation, and risk assessment, supporting the successful execution of complex data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules to ensure all timelines are met.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on scheduling issues.
- Analyze project progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Facilitate schedule reviews and provide reports to senior management.
- Manage scheduling resources and maintain data integrity across scheduling tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction scheduling, particularly within data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
