Job Summary
The Associate Director is responsible for leading the delivery of IT services to end-users, ensuring effective management of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and delivering exceptional support to both employees and executives. This role focuses on setting service standards, managing the lifecycle of devices, and upholding processes that are audit-ready while adhering to GxP and SOX regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the IT service delivery for end-users, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage the performance of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) for optimal user support.
- Establish and implement service standards to enhance IT service quality.
- Supervise device lifecycle management from acquisition to disposal.
- Maintain compliance with GxP and SOX requirements while ensuring processes are ready for audits.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT support.
- At least 3 years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Strong technical skills with hands-on experience.
- Willingness to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ.
