As the leader in maintenance operations at flight test locations, you will oversee hardware modifications, ensure asset availability, and manage intricate off-nominal maintenance challenges. You will also offer technical support to technicians and promote ongoing process enhancements to maintain operational readiness. A minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation maintenance or advanced technical hardware operations is essential for candidates. Required skills include excellent troubleshooting abilities, familiarity with configuration control, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
