Job description
The Associate Manager will oversee a hardware quality testing team, actively participating in the development of testing strategies, execution of tests, and resolution of issues. This role entails guiding team members, evaluating test results to implement necessary corrective measures, and communicating any product quality risks to various cross-functional teams. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of six years of direct experience in hardware testing or quality engineering. Essential skills include robust mechanical problem-solving abilities, familiarity with test documentation processes, and the capacity to thrive in a hybrid work setting.
