This position entails overseeing quote requests, updating CRM information, and working in tandem with sales and administrative teams to produce compelling group health proposals. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with a preference for 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance support capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce are crucial for thriving in this dynamic environment.
