**Job Title: Associate People Business Partner**
The Associate People Business Partner acts as the main HR contact for designated clinics, promoting a positive work environment and assisting operational leaders. Key responsibilities include overseeing employee relations, managing performance evaluations, planning workforce needs, and executing organizational change strategies. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources, ideally within a field-based context. A solid understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential to successfully support operations across multiple clinic locations.
