**Medical Director**
The Medical Director will oversee forensic assessments and consultations concerning child physical abuse and neglect and will manage the activities of forensic nurse examiners. This role includes delivering medical education, engaging in quality informatics initiatives, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. Applicants must possess a Doctor of Medicine degree and be either board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Child Abuse. A completed Pediatrics residency and a Pediatric Child Abuse fellowship are mandatory, along with eligibility for a medical license in Virginia.
