**HR Generalist**
The HR Generalist functions as a reliable business partner, facilitating the employee lifecycle aspects such as recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and leave management. This role also serves as the main point of contact within HR for both employees and supervisors, ensuring adherence to employment regulations, organizational policies, and collective bargaining agreements. Applicants should have at least two years of advancing HR experience along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. It is essential for candidates to showcase a solid understanding of employment laws, be adept in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate the capability to manage confidential information with care.
