The Associate Recruitment Consultant’s role involves identifying and evaluating potential candidates while overseeing the complete interview process. This position will also entail fostering client relationships, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, and negotiating business terms. Ideal candidates should have a background in sales or recruitment, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is essential, as well as fluency in either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese. An MBA is highly valued.
