Job description
The Sales Associate plays a vital role in boosting sales by actively engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and fostering enduring relationships. Additionally, they assist with everyday store functions such as managing inventory, ensuring visual presentation standards, and promoting a positive, inclusive team atmosphere. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess at least one year of experience in retail or customer service. This position entails the ability to stand for extended periods of up to 8 hours, lift weights of up to 75 pounds, and work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
