Job description
The Associate Sourcing Recruiter plays a vital role within the Talent Acquisition team by carrying out sourcing initiatives and performing market analysis to cultivate a diverse pool of candidates. This position requires collaboration with recruiters to pinpoint potential talent, uphold candidate information in ATS/CRM platforms, and support outreach initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or sourcing, along with excellent organizational and communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a similar discipline is preferred.
