The Senior Manager oversees the Benefit Summary and Legislation teams, ensuring that clients receive precise and compliant implementation support. This position focuses on fostering operational excellence, managing workforce strategies, and promoting ongoing improvements through strategic leadership and collaboration across various functions. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or implementation. A high school diploma or GED is mandatory, and a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
