Job description
The Associate Technical Recruiter will collaborate with senior recruiters to oversee candidate pipelines and assist in the hiring process for essential software engineering and technical positions. Responsibilities include performing initial recruiter screenings, ensuring the accuracy of the ATS, and providing a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Ideal candidates will possess 2-6 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a specialization in technical or engineering roles. Strong organizational abilities, expertise in recruitment tools, and the capacity to juggle multiple intricate searches at once are essential qualifications.
