**Director of Operations**
The Director of Operations will oversee a network of 10-14 veterinary hospitals, partnering with practice leaders to drive operational efficiency and foster business expansion. Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss, enhancing team skills, and executing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting financial results and workplace culture. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in managing multiple locations within high-growth healthcare services. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, while an MBA is strongly preferred, along with a willingness to travel about 70% of the time.
