**Director of Operations**

Key responsibilities include managing profit and loss, enhancing team skills, and executing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting financial results and workplace culture. Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in managing multiple locations within high-growth healthcare services. A bachelor’s degree is necessary, while an MBA is strongly preferred, along with a willingness to travel about 70% of the time.
