The Associate Technician will be responsible for setting up hardware, deploying system images, and modifying software according to specified guidelines. Additionally, this role includes diagnosing hardware issues and conducting quality control assessments. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and training. Expertise in Windows operating systems, imaging software, and troubleshooting hardware for both laptops and desktops is essential.
