Job Summary
The Associate Territory Manager for the Portland, OR area will operate in a field-based role, focused on driving sales growth within designated accounts. This position plays a critical role in collaborating with regional managers to enhance service delivery and support sales initiatives. The individual will be instrumental in converting potential opportunities into revenue and achieving sales targets set for the territory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional managers to implement strategies for growth and conversion in the assigned territory.
- Support sales efforts by providing exceptional service to existing and prospective clients.
- Drive sales revenue growth at target accounts by following established guidelines and strategies.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably in a field-based capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies for performance improvement.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
