Job description
The Assistant Director of Education plays a vital role in aiding the Director with the management of the department, which encompasses overseeing budgetary matters, implementing policies, and conducting data analysis. This position also involves administering educational programs, supervising personnel, and working in partnership with schools and families to promote fair academic success for Tribal students. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant education discipline, with a preference for those who have leadership experience and a K-12 teaching certification. Essential qualities include excellent coaching abilities, a knack for inspiring students, and a willingness to offer after-hours services as required.
