Job Title: Consultant
The consultant’s role involves implementing, educating, and mentoring on Mopar Express Lane programs across dealerships throughout the country. This includes creating actionable strategies, assessing performance metrics against established benchmarks, and overseeing daily operations while providing updates to field management. Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience related to Express Service programs within an OEM dealership or retail context. Required skills include a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and a willingness to travel up to 95% of the time.
