Job description
The Field Supervisor is responsible for offering guidance, mentoring, and quality assurance to direct support personnel while maintaining adherence to DIDD and ECF program regulations. This role involves performing home and community visits to assist individuals in reaching their independence and job-related aspirations. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, caregiving, or human services. A current driver’s license along with the capability to successfully complete background and drug tests is a must.
