Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a vital role in supporting the manager to ensure the safety, security, and quality standards of food products. This position also includes supervising sanitation technicians to maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing food safety, security, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Oversee sanitation technicians and their training.
- Schedule tasks and monitor compliance with HACCP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct audits of the facility to ensure adherence to established guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role with direct reports.
