**Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist**
The Desktop Support Specialist delivers direct technical assistance for desktop computing systems, user devices, and local IT infrastructure within a manufacturing setting. Their duties encompass the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of both hardware and software, with a focus on maintaining operational efficiency and adherence to IT standards. Candidates should hold an associate degree in a technical field and have a minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in desktop support. Additionally, applicants are required to be U.S. persons as outlined by ITAR and must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance.
