**Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the key point of contact between clients and the service department, evaluating vehicle requirements and creating comprehensive repair orders. This role includes informing customers about inspection outcomes, aligning customer expectations, and collaborating with technicians to guarantee prompt service fulfillment. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in service advising, sales, or customer support, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving history is essential, and familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous.
