**Job Title: Service Advisor**
The Service Advisor serves as the main point of contact for customers and service technicians, overseeing the complete repair process from the initial welcome to the delivery of the vehicle. Key duties involve delivering precise repair estimates, promoting extended warranty options, and ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will possess previous experience in a Service Advisor role and be familiar with Dealer Management Systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds. Strong communication abilities, effective organizational skills, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment are crucial for this position.
